apiAPI

Your revenue cycle, as an API.

Send agreements, bill once or on a schedule, bill for usage and read your revenue reports. One REST API, with the same records your team sees in Agree.

The problem

Contract-to-cash shouldn't need five integrations.

Legacy billing

Every step lives in a different tool's API.
  • cancelE-signature in one vendor, billing in another
  • cancelInvoices rebuilt from CRM exports
  • cancelPolling to see what's been paid
  • cancelRevenue numbers pulled from spreadsheets

With Agree

One API from signature to report.
  • check_circleAgreements and invoices in the same API
  • check_circleInvoices sent with ACH, card or wire
  • check_circleWebhooks when money moves
  • check_circleARR, DSO and aging from one endpoint
Every object

Agreements, invoices and usage, all in one place.

Contacts, customers, agreements, invoices, metered subscriptions and webhooks are all first-class resources, with UUIDs that match the app.

  • Sign and collect in one call
  • Metered billing with usage commits
Predictable

Conventions you only learn once.

JSON in and out. Every response wraps its result in data, lists paginate the same way, and errors name the field that failed.

  • Money as integers in the smallest unit
  • ISO 8601 UTC timestamps
Spec first

Built from an OpenAPI spec.

The OpenAPI 3.0 spec is the source of truth for every request and response, so clients, tests and coding agents never have to guess.

  • Generate a typed client
  • Point your coding agent at the spec

Questions finance teams ask

How do I authenticate?add

Create a key in the Agree app under Settings › API Keys and send it as a bearer token. Keys have full access to your organization, so keep them server-side.

How does pagination work?add

List endpoints take page and page_size (default 10, max 100) and return a pagination object with the total pages and entries.

How are amounts represented?add

Money is an integer in the smallest unit with a currency, so { amount: 2500, currency: "USD" } is $25.00.

Where are the docs?add

The API reference and the OpenAPI spec live at secure.agree.com/documentation.
